Mark Hinds is an associate attorney at Hood Law Firm, LLC where he focuses his practice on civil litigation. Mark Graduated from Clemson University in 2018 and from the Charleston School of Law, cum laude, in 2021.Immediately after graduating law school, Mark served as law clerk for the Honorable Diane S. Goodstein, then for the Honorable Maité Murphy, both South Carolina Circuit Judges of the First Judicial Circuit. After his time as a judicial law clerk came to an end, Mark spent two years as an Assistant Solicitor in Orangeburg County where he prosecuted and tried to verdict many criminal cases including violent crimes such as burglary and murder. Mark joined Hood Law Firm, LLC in December 2024. Mark is a licensed attorney in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
