Katie is an associate attorney at the Hood Law Firm, LLC where she focuses on civil litigation. She has experience litigating in the following areas: medical malpractice defense, professional negligence defense, premises liability defense, dram shop liability defense, commercial and business disputes, construction defense, estate litigation, and wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters from the defense and plaintiff’s sides. She graduated from the University of Richmond in 2017 and from the Charleston School of Law in 2021. Katie is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in South Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the state courts in Pennsylvania.
